A fix and flip loan is short-term financing (6–24 months) that covers both the purchase price and renovation costs of an investment property. It's designed for investors who buy distressed properties, renovate them, and sell for a profit. These loans close faster than conventional financing with less documentation required.
How much can I borrow for a fix and flip?
Our lenders finance from $150K to $5M+. Most programs offer up to 90–95% of the purchase price and up to 100% of renovation costs, subject to an LTV cap based on the After Repair Value (ARV) of the property — typically 65–75% ARV.
Do I need a W-2 or tax returns?

What credit score do I need?
