Does AirDNA income count for qualification?
Yes. Our lenders accept AirDNA market projections as evidence of rental income for new STR purchases. For existing rentals, 12 months of platform revenue history is typically used. This opens the door for investors purchasing properties with strong STR potential.
Do I need a W-2 or tax returns?
No. STR loans are underwritten on the property's income performance, not your personal finances. W-2s, tax returns, and pay stubs are not required. This is ideal for self-employed investors and those with complex income situations.
What STR platforms are eligible?
