We specialize exclusively in real estate investor financing — DSCR rental loans, Fix & Flip, Bridge, Ground-Up Construction, Commercial, Multifamily, and Short-Term Rental financing.

What We Finance

We exclusively finance investment properties. We do not originate consumer mortgages, primary residence loans, or first-time homebuyer programs.

• DSCR Rental Loans — $75K to $3.5M, 30-year fixed, qualify on rental income
• Fix & Flip — $150K to $5M+, up to 95% LTC, 100% rehab
• Bridge Loans — 5-10 day close, no DSCR minimum
• Short-Term Rental (STR) — AirDNA income accepted
• Long-Term Rental — 30-year fixed for buy-and-hold
• Ground-Up Construction — LTC-based, 12-30 month terms
• Commercial & Multifamily — $500K to $20M
