No. DSCR loans qualify based on the property's rental income โ not your personal income. We don't require W-2s, tax returns, or pay stubs. If the property cash flows, you can qualify.

Yes. DSCR and hard money loans allow you to take title and hold the loan in your LLC. This is a major advantage over conventional financing which does not allow LLC borrowing.
As few as 10 days on bridge and fix & flip loans. DSCR purchases typically close in 10โ21 days depending on appraisal. We've closed bridge deals in 7 days for time-sensitive situations.

LTV (Loan to Value) is the loan as a percentage of the property's current value. LTC (Loan to Cost) is the loan as a percentage of total project cost (purchase + rehab). Fix & flip loans use LTC. DSCR loans use LTV.
