Kiavi typically requires a minimum DSCR of 1.0x for their rental loan programs. They do not publicly offer sub-1.0 DSCR products. LendingStreet has specialty capital sources that will lend down to 0.75 DSCR, and no-ratio DSCR programs that remove the ratio requirement entirely.
