How the Partnership Works

You refer; we close. Send the investor our way (or send us the file directly for established partnerships). We handle pre-qualification, lender shopping across 30+ sources, underwriting, and close.
You stay in the loop. Partners get updates at the milestones that matter — application, underwriting submission, conditional approval, clear-to-close, funding.
Referral compensation. Compensation is structured per partnership and per state, in compliance with all applicable regulations. We discuss specifics directly with each partner.
Long-term relationship. The goal isn't a single referral — it's a steady relationship where you have a financing answer for every investor deal that comes across your desk.
